CURRENT SERIES

Wednesdays | Feb 22 – March 8

Solving Problems Through the Four Noble Truths

So many people experience difficulties and problems throughout their lives, but few understand where these challenges are coming from—or how best to respond to them. Buddhist philosophy is based on the Four Noble Truths, Buddha’s very first teaching. The Four Noble Truths function to diagnose the human problem of suffering—and provide accessible, solution-oriented methods to productively respond to unhappiness while building pathways to lasting peace. Feel free to drop-in to any class in this series!
