Blessing Empowerment of Je Tsongkhapa

An empowerment is a part of the profound meditation program of Kadampa Buddhism. We now have the special opportunity to make a close connection with Je Tsongkhapa, who is the synthesis of all the compassion, wisdom, and spiritual power of all the Buddhas. By making a connection to Je Tsongkhapa through this empowerment, indestructible potentials will be placed on our mind that gradually will ripen our own experience of these inner qualities. We all have the capacity to become an enlightened person and empowerments are a type of spiritual technology that help us realize our full potential.

This event will include extensive, practical teachings on how to engage in Heart Jewel, the meditation practice of Guru Je Tsongkhapa. The empowerment and retreat are only one weekend in time, but by learning and utilizing the Heart Jewel chanted meditations, this experience can benefit us for many days and years to come.
