With all the unexpected ups and downs of life, it can be difficult to maintain a balanced and content state of mind throughout our day. When our mind is unbalanced we constantly experience frustration, stress and worry unless we learn reliable strategies to change how we are responding internally.
This three week course will show us a simple and effective methods using meditation on how to create space and stillness in our mind and so find lasting balance in our daily life. Through this we can activate our potential for powerful positive transformation.
This course will be a very beginner friendly approach to the practice of meditation and Buddhist philosophy. Feel free to drop-in to any class or try out the whole series. Everyone welcome!
