The holiday season can be a time of great enjoyment, but it can also be a time of stress. We all feel it. And as much as we know we should feel otherwise, stress seeps in taking all the joy out of the season.
If we can find some peace in our mind through meditation, we can enjoy the holiday season and be of great benefit to other people.
In this course we will learn Buddhist ideas about compassion, love, and generosity and how we can practically apply them to our daily lives to create a peaceful holiday season for both ourself and others.
