Heart Jewel Prayers is a chanted meditation practice that combines preparatory meditations,  visualization, and 15 minutes to meditate formally. Each event includes 15 minutes for some instruction before it begins. Week by week, we explore a different angle or component to this extensive and far-reaching system of development.
