Revolutionize your relationships with the mind of love. All beings are inter-dependent and each and every living is uniquely valuable and worthy of respect, just by being alive. And whether it’s with friends, family or co-workers, love is the most effective way of relating to other people. We often mix up the minds of “love” and “attachment” and this series will help us see the differences between the two.
In brief, love is an other-centered mind that views others as important and feels their happiness matters. It is by nature a happy and peaceful mind. Attachment is a self-centric, conditional mind that is less concerned with other’s well being and instead makes us cling to others in order to try to fill something we feel is missing within us. The tremendous and powerful mind of love makes us feel whole, with nothing more needing to be filled and motivates us to be in a relationship in order to benefit the other individual. If you would like to know more, come join us for this rich topic which will include many tools for practicing love in daily life and how to transform attachment into love.
