Meditation is now widely accepted as an important and valid tool to reduce stress.
Although we have an interest in pursuing our own meditation practice, sometimes we find difficulty in maintaining our enthusiasm and making it a regular habit. In this half-day meditation workshop you will learn how to address some of the obstacles to your own meditation practice- obstacles such as disinterest, distractions and discouragement- and learn how to follow a simple, systematic approach to meditation. By doing so you can cultivate authentic joy and confidence by regularly integrating meditation into your life.
