PRACTICING NON-VIOLENCE: A SPECIAL SATURDAY WORKSHOP

“At the center of non-violence stands the principle of love.”
  ~~~ Martin Luther King, Jr.
Meditations on the stages of the path to enlightenment help us move peacefully through the world. We can be like Martin Luther King if we train our minds to react with compassion and wisdom. King’s use of the practical philosophy of nonviolence worked. He showed us the power of love.
In this class, learn to benefit others and defuse conflict with non-violent activities of body, speech and mind.
No meditation experience is necessary. Everyone welcome!
