    Awakening our heart to our interconnected nature and dissolving the perception of distance and separateness from others helps us overcome feelings of loneliness, isolation, and our own obsessive self-focus. We will explore, through the practice of meditation, how to remove imagined boundaries between one another and embrace the reality-based and inspiring view of being part of a whole and complete world. This course is appropriate for beginners and experienced meditators alike!
